Everyone keeps saying the North Texas housing market is crashing.

Everyone keeps saying the North Texas housing market is crashing.

It's not.

We have an oversupplied and overpriced seller problem.

There are more homes competing for buyers, builders are offering aggressive incentives, and buyers have more choices. That means they don't have to overpay just because somebody put a sign in the yard.

Here's the reality:

Your neighbor selling for $700,000 three years ago doesn't make your house worth $700,000 today.

Homes that are priced correctly, positioned correctly, and marketed aggressively are still selling.

North Texas real estate isn't dead.

The market just stopped rewarding unrealistic sellers.
